This policy covers the read-only CQC Provider Compliance Navigator directory edition.
Directory tools process only the workflow terms or bounded source-status request supplied to the tool call. The directory edition does not require an account or request patient records, full care files, passwords, payment credentials, cryptocurrency keys, precise location, contacts, or full conversation history.
Hosting/service infrastructure may retain minimal operational logs for reliability, abuse prevention, security and aggregate measurement. The directory edition is not designed to persist substantive patient, resident or provider case payloads.
This directory edition does not initiate, promote, or link to purchases or paid upgrades. Payment credentials are not processed by this directory edition.

Information may be processed by infrastructure providers used to host and operate the service. We do not sell directory-tool user data or build advertising profiles from it.
